Better Place were the worst property managers I have ever lived under. They used questionable and underhanded tactics, threats, harassment, intimidation, misrepresenting and manipulating information in order to exploit and extort money from tenants all the while acting as though they were trying to be helpful. They deliberately lied about their knowledge of safety hazards in the building such as broken steps and mold, and when it became time to show the apartment they had no respect or concern for tenant privacy, allowing realtors to barge in on tenants who were showering, sleeping, or having intimate relations, tracking dirt and mud on the carpet, and having the nerve to harass tenants late at night over what they were doing in their own apartments.

If you're a college student Better Place is the place to go for an apartment. They helped me find my appartment in almost no time at all last year. The rent is affordable and the location is great!
