Can I tell you how much I love Louis Vuitton? LOTS. Having said that, I'd skip the mall store and head down to the boutique in Saks; not only is the service about 4.8 times better, but if you use your Saks card you also get Saks points, which get you free gift cards and other bonuses. I shop with Randi (who totally rocks), but I've found everyone at the Saks LV boutique seriously nice without the attitude at the freestanding store.
