I've gotten literally over 20 things altered while living in Boston. This is the best place. They are extremely meticulous, honest, and know what they're doing. If you need jeans hemmed, done, with the original hemm and with the way they stitch it, it won't fray over multiple washes (All 13 pairs of my designer denim are still goig strong over 2 plus years). They do great jobs with jackets (trench coats and pea coats) and overall everything. Nothing bad to say. But then again, they're the official tailor of Chanel and some other Newbury hotspots, so you can't go wrong there!
