Founder Derek Christensen, who has 15 years of health and fitness industry experience, has given the former Metropolitan Health Club/CAC, one of Boston’s oldest running gyms, a face lift. The innovative layout offers an abundance of new amenities, including mind-body and spin studios, private cross-training rooms, updated lockers rooms, on-site physical therapy, enhanced cardio space, and a stylish café with wireless internet service.
Members can choose from daily abs classes, semi-private CrossFit training, and nutrition services. Get that golf swing ready for the links, those ski legs ready for snow-covered slopes, or bikini bodies ready for beach with specialized small-group training.
