Boulevard Realty Group Inc in Allston is not what I expected. Peter Almeda makes poor judgement calls on to whom he rents the apartments, which I believe is not helping neither the tenants nor the landlords. I think you are better off with another more professional realtor agency.

Boulevard Realty Group Inc in Allston is the best place to go for your rentals. Peter Almeda is such a great guy.He knows the area and he will get you the best deals.
