this company is unreliable and they give apartments to people in horrible condition and never follow through with there part of the contracts. this is my third year in one of their units and I have complained numerous times about my oven not working, paint peeling off the walls etc. for 1500 a month for a studio i should have SOME respect and there should be maintainance
