The Bolton Road House Bar & Grill in Bolton was one of the worst places I've ever been to! I ordered pasta carbonara. It arrived as spagetti with a few chpooed onions, plenty of peas and roasted red pepper strips. Not a pinch of bacon or panchetta to be found and the sauce was plain cream. What a rip for 12.95
