The Silver Buffalo Gallery in Berlin is NOT A GOOD DEAL! Recently I had a very bad experience at Silver Buffalo in Berlin, MA. They have one store in Berlin, MA and you can also show online. I bought a Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet there in Dec09. After I got home I realized my dad has a similar one, so I called the store and told them about it. And the person answering the phone told me that there's no refund, but I can go exchange for another item within 3 days. A few days later, I brought the Cuff Bracelet back to the store, and the woman initially serving me was very courteous and told me there's no problem exchanging another item. I picked out a Pendant. When I was ready to pay and she was writing out the invoice for me, she asked another woman (presumably the store manager) to sign the invoice or something. At this point, on the invoice it says I need to pay the price difference between the Pendant and the Cuff Bracelet. And suddenly the store manager started screaming and shouting and said that there's absolutely no exchange, since it is my problem that I have changed my mind about the Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet. And that any exchange will only be done due to defective items. Looking Back at the after sales service I received, I cannot imagine buying any expensive piece of Jewelry at this store. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Furthermore, when I was shopping for Jewelry, Silver Buffalo's prices aren't the best. Avoid this store if you can.

The Silver Buffalo Gallery in Berlin is The Worst Store in MASSACHUSETTS!! It was probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I went in for one particular necklace for my wife's birthday that was featured on their website. You would think that if it was on the website and after I called the store and was assured that it was IN STOCK the store would be prepared to sell it and make it relatively easy to find. 45 minutes later and 2 sales associates later the item was finally tracked down. Since it was for my wife, I put up with the waiting. Since it was for my wife, I put up with the extra $125 on the prize tag that was not on the price listed on their website. Since it was for my wife, I put up with young sales associates that were more interested in their cell phones than in my business. Since it was not my day, when all was said and done, the young workers couldn't get their register working and I sat around another 30 minutes for them to tell me that I'd have to wait for a manager to purchase the item. Already delayed with a wife waiting for me to pick up dinner I said to hell with it and left. I was fuming.”

The Silver Buffalo Gallery in Berlin is HORRIBLE! Buyers Beware!!! I bought a vintage turquoise ring at the silver buffalo (about $600) and after having it appraised for my insurance, I found out that the turquoise was fake!! As some time had passed (almost 1 yr) The Sliver buffalo refused to give me a full refund and instead offered me only store credit. Knowing that their stones could be fake, store credit was the last thing I would ever want from their store. So please beware when you're buying jewelry from the Silver Buffalo in Berlin MA
