Lundgren Honda

Lundgren Honda in Auburn sold us a 2008 used Civic last week. We had it for 3 days and brake noise and grinding got louder; there is a transmission noise, and a wheel is out of balance. NOT what we expected from a vehicle with under 16,000 mi on it. We're awaiting their excuses and hoepfully full repairs.

Unfortunately, Lundgren has very poor treatment of customers. Their newsletters and website are filled with excellent ideas like Where I come from, the customer still comes first, and We are totally committed to customer satisfaction, and Call us even at 2 am, free loaners, and so forth. Unfortunately, these turn out to be empty advertising slogans. I drive 120 miles per day, so the assistance guarantee was of great importance to me and would have given a lot of peace of mind, and it was pitched strongly to me when I was purchasing. In fact, they later completely brushed me off when I needed them most. I would certainly not recommend Lundgren to others.
