Ashby Fire Department

Ashby Fire Department in Ashby is department to be proud of, I rode in the Alzheimer's Benifit ride on June 27th, I was impressed by the organization of the run, and everyone very professional and friendly and the starting point. The run was a nice easy pace and very enjoyable, I only wish I had'nt seen the accident I believe in Rindge when a motorcyclist hit the soft shoulder and was throw from her bike. I have tried unsucesfully to find out the condition of the rider with no success. I might add that one of the ashby fire staff rushed back to help. Thank you for a good day. I rode this run in honor of my grandmother who died in 1994, who suffered from alzheimer's for 10 year's, before her death.
