I own a small business and quite frankly, I don't know much about computers. I've had "computer guys" come and go, but I realized at some point I needed to take it to the next level. A colleague of mine recommended Skyrope and I had them come in to take a look. From the beginning, I could see that these guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. Somehow, Skyrope was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense. They manage my computers and solve problems that my employees would come to me for. Overall, my experience has been very good with Skyrope. They aren't perfect everytime, but nobody is. What I respect is their willingness work things out and do right by me. Great company.

I'm the IT manager of a small business with about 50 employees. We use Skyrope for all the heavy lifting so my desktop support guy and myself can deal with the users and management.
I was definitely skeptical about claims made in the beginning,
"managed services" being the buzz about town. We were all uneasy about handing over the keys to the kingdom. But it's been a very positive experience so far. The guys at Skyrope are tech wizards, but they're very down-to-earth people and easy to talk to. For the last year and a half, when something goes wrong in the shop, I don't have that uneasy feeling anymore. I know I have backup. They've convinced me that there's nothing they can't fix. That's just priceless to me.
And year-on-year, we're actually saving money. I've been in the IT business for almost 20 years, and I'm definitely converted to managed services at this point. But you gotta do it with the right provider. We had not gone all-out with anyone else before, but I can't imagine a much better experience than this. Great job.
