They suck. I have been able to talk to them only once after many many calls about various issues. Nobody seems to know where the comcast box is so I can have cable and internet (a necessity for an IT support technician). They towed my car while i was on vacation and only reimbursed me $95 dollars out of the $215 that it cost me ($95 for towing and $120 for storage while i was on vacation). They said that I should have picked it up earlier and it wouldn't have been a problem. Even maintenence dosen't have keys to get into the places they need to. I called to figure out where the comcast box was and was told, "Look around the doors, under rocks, and on ledges for a set of keys. It's in one of those locked rooms."
They're not a very good management group. Their way of dealing with people is not impressive at all and customer service is definatly on the bottom of the list.
